Truth be told, they don’t have it bad at all – fresh air, plenty of sunshine, safe places to sleep, shelters to get in when it’s rainy or cold, and endless birds, squirrels, possums, and butterflies to keep them entertained. Our cats are pretty soft and lazy, so none of the aforementioned entertainment are in danger.
In addition to our cats (inside and outside), I feel, care for, love, AND name a colony of feral cats in the field next to our home. They have an old barn and even an unused shed to get into but my word would they love a house like the one shown here. I’d honestly like to get one for our carport AND one for my feral family of cats.
I’ll be totally honest here…. I think our inside cats would get as big of a kick out of this as the outside ones! In fact, if we had a basement or spare space, I’d absolutely get them one.
