One of my daughters and I were talking about clean cat water earlier and I got to worrying that the water I provide for our inside and outside cats may not be as clean as it needs to be or as clean as I’d want it to be.

I mean, I provide fresh water for our cats throughout the day. When it’s hot outside, I change our outside cats’ water dishes frequently BUT I don’t always wash the water bowls after each change. I got to thinking about that… gross! I mean, I wouldn’t always just pour tea or coffee into my cups or mugs without washing them after each use.

Suffice to say, I cleaned everyone’s bowls then and there! I’ve also started looking into ways to provide safer, healthier water for the cats that I love so very much.
