		<description>Onions always come up on the &#039;toxic for dogs&#039; list. I&#039;ve read that especially raw onions (&amp; garlic - same botanical family) can be very dangerous. Something in them can cause a type of anemia &amp; can lead to death. Also potentially fatal - grapes, raisins, macadamia nuts, &amp; certain RAW fish (salmon &amp; not sure which others). You can do a web search to find more details. 
On a sort of related note - NEVER give meds or products meant for people to dogs (Xylitol is used in some meds) &amp; NEVER use flea meds listed for dogs on cats!!</description>
