Pet-Friendly Homes
Like all loving cat families, we try to make our home and yard a fun, exciting, and safe place for our babies. I move Prissy’s sources of amusement around from time to time, and add to their ranks - all to keep her from getting bored. Pets suffer from boredom a lot more than we may realize, and it’s horrible for their health. This is true mainly of house pets and those confined to pens.
We also make certain our outside family has plenty of high places to get to for leaping away from racoons and possums (Though our cats seem fond of both of these animals. Skunks are the only ones they really run from.). We also provide them with lots of places they can hide - their favorite places to sleep.
HERE’s and article of this type of thinking kicked up to bizarre notches! I do love the steps along the wall, though. Kinda cute.
