Nora, the Piano Playing Cat

So, how cool is this precious little girl? She’s a three year old cat who plays the piano better than I do. Her name is Nora and she’d like to play a little something for you.

Apparently she started playing when she was just a kitten. Her “dad” says that she will play even if no one else is in the room to hear, but her favorite thing to do is play duets with her “mom’s” piano students.

My cats show very little interest in the piano. The only type of music they’re interested in is listening to their cd’s. Prissy’s all about Alicia Keys. Puts her in a happy place.

that’s adorable! i sometimes wonder how much my cat appreciates or dislikes music, but this one clearly is one of a musical family.

Isn’t that too precious? None of my babies have ever been musically inclined, although I had a Siamese that sang once. At least that’s what it sounded like. He was a cross-eyed little grouch that we thought hung the moon! -Joi
