Giving to All God’s Creatures
Next time you’re taking a box or two to your local Goodwill or Salvation Army, think about stopping and picking up a few cat or dog toys or treats to take along as well.
Most of the time people forget about ALL the members of another person’s family. An animal lover who isn’t entirely on top of their luck would greatly appreciate a few treats for their pet.
It’d be a great way to keep that resolution that went something like, “Do more for and give more to people who are less blessed.”
Needless to say, donations to local animal shelters are always needed as well.
