If you’re here (and you are) - I don’t have to tell you how special cats are, you already know. I’m sure you cherish your baby (or babies) as much as I do mine. They hold a very, very special place in our hearts and we go to great lengths to care for, protect, love, amuse and entertain these beautiful little darlings. Buying something new for a cat is as much fun as buying something new for a child - they check out every square inch, sniffing, purring, and looking to their human for feedback. Prissy circles things - sometimes about 10 times before she settles in to the sniffing. Bo, Alexa, and Adam just jump right in….but Svenn stands back, making sure everything’s safe and on the up and up.——

I’ve got it bad for this time of year - Right around Ocober 1 and going right on into February, every fiber in my being gets extra giddy. I totally love Halloween, Thanksgiving, Baseball Playoffs, Denver Football, UK Basketball, Apple Cider, Christmas cookies, Hot Chocolate, sweaters, mittens, snow, falling leaves, sweet potato pie, and on and on and on. When we lived in Florida, I honestly missed the crisp, snowy winters I had grown up with in Kentucky. Now that we’re back home, I anxiously look forward to the winter months……
